2 tbsp extra Virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
4 cups Broccoli florets
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 garlic cloves minced
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Preparation
In a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat, heat the olive oil and sesame oil until they shimmer.
Add the broccoli, ginger, and salt. Cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the broccoli begins to brown.
Add garlic. Cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
Remove from the heat and stir in the sesame seeds.
