  • 4 cup macaroni, uncooked

  • 2/3 cup canola oil

  • 2/3 cup ketchup

  • 1/2 cup white vinegar

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tsp paprika

  • 2 tomatoes, chopped and seeded

  • 1 bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 cucumber, chopped

  • 2 cup blanched broccoli, finely chopped

Preparation

  1. Mix pasta with wet ingredients and seasonings.

  2. Add tomatoes, green pepper, onion, broccoli, and cucumber.

  3. Toss all ingredients together, store in the refrigerator.
