4 cup macaroni, uncooked
2/3 cup canola oil
2/3 cup ketchup
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp paprika
2 tomatoes, chopped and seeded
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
2 cup blanched broccoli, finely chopped
Preparation
Mix pasta with wet ingredients and seasonings.
Add tomatoes, green pepper, onion, broccoli, and cucumber.
Toss all ingredients together, store in the refrigerator.
