Hi! I’m Cara from Southern Ontario, Canada. I’ve had HS since I was 12 and now serve as the Assistant Director of Mental Health at HSConnect.org. I’m a wife, mom, HS advocate, influencer, co-owner of a health and wellness business, and a psychology student.

In my downtime, my husband and I play the video game Stardew Valley—we’ve reached perfection status, so I guess you could say we’re practically professional farmers now (just don’t ask me to keep real plants alive).
