Ingredients
- 2 tbsp extra Virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 4 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Preparation
- In a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat, heat the olive oil and sesame oil until they shimmer.
- Add the broccoli, ginger, and salt. Cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the broccoli begins to brown.
- Add garlic. Cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the sesame seeds.
