Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 2 pork tenderloins
Preparation
- Mix garlic, ginger, honey, and soy sauce together and pour into a large Ziploc bag.
- Trim tenderloin(s) and place in the Ziploc bag with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, ensuring the marinade evenly coats the pork.
- After 2 hours, preheat the BBQ to medium-high heat.
- Remove pork from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally to prevent burning the outside. Check that the internal temperature has reached 145°F.
- Remove and let rest on tinfoil for 5 minutes.
- Slice and serve, drizzling any juice over the medallions.
