Savory Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons ginger
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 pork tenderloins

Preparation

  1. Mix garlic, ginger, honey, and soy sauce together and pour into a large Ziploc bag.
  2. Trim tenderloin(s) and place in the Ziploc bag with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, ensuring the marinade evenly coats the pork.
  3. After 2 hours, preheat the BBQ to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove pork from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally to prevent burning the outside. Check that the internal temperature has reached 145°F.
  6. Remove and let rest on tinfoil for 5 minutes.
  7. Slice and serve, drizzling any juice over the medallions.
