Ingredients
- 2 lb pork tenderloins
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, seedless
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
- Make sure the pork is skinless.
- Place all ingredients—except the tenderloins—into a food processor and pulse until the chipotle pepper is blended and all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Pour the mixture into a large gallon Ziploc bag.
- Place pork tenderloins into the Ziploc bag and seal. Ensure the marinade evenly coats the meat.
- Let the pork rest in the marinade bag in the fridge for at least 3 hours, turning it over halfway through.
- Take the pork out of the fridge 30 minutes prior to grilling.
- Remove the pork from the marinade and place it on a hot grill.
- Turn the pork over every 5 minutes to prevent burning, cooking until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Place the cooked pork on a plate and tent with aluminum foil for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
