I’m Cristina Curp, a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and former restaurant chef with a BA in Anthropology. My love of food drives me both in and out of the kitchen, using nutrition as a powerful tool for managing chronic illness.As the author of two bestselling cookbooks, Made Whole and Made Whole Made Simple, I’ve dedicated my career to helping others find healing through food. After selling my popular blog, The Castaway Kitchen, I’ve shifted my focus to HS advocacy, using my culinary expertise to support those navigating symptom management through nutrition. My dream is to empower HS Warriors to improve their quality of life—helping them love the food that loves them back!
