How HS Connect support groups are different
Our support groups are not designed to be formal therapy groups or spaces where anyone has to share before they are ready. They are patient-centered community spaces created by people who understand the emotional, physical, and social weight of HS. The goal is connection, validation, practical encouragement, and honest conversation without shame.
Some people come to talk. Some come to listen. Some come to feel less alone. However you participate, you are welcome here.
