Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups macaroni, uncooked
  • ⅔ cup canola oil
  • ⅔ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped and seeded
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 2 cups blanched broccoli, finely chopped

Preparation

  1. Mix pasta with wet ingredients and seasonings.
  2. Add tomatoes, green pepper, onion, broccoli, and cucumber.
  3. Toss all ingredients together and store in the refrigerator.
