Ingredients
- 4 cups macaroni, uncooked
- ⅔ cup canola oil
- ⅔ cup ketchup
- ½ cup white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 tomatoes, chopped and seeded
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 2 cups blanched broccoli, finely chopped
Preparation
- Mix pasta with wet ingredients and seasonings.
- Add tomatoes, green pepper, onion, broccoli, and cucumber.
- Toss all ingredients together and store in the refrigerator.
