Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- Some fresh ginger
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup water (to cover)
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Approximately 2 minutes or to desired texture is reached.
