Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • Some fresh ginger
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup water (to cover)

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Approximately 2 minutes or to desired texture is reached.
